Green Gardens

Yes, I've been a bad blogger. A lazy blogger. A boring blogger. With so many projects going on at home, I have been ignoring my dear blog. Between property flips and designing our new kitchen, we've been busy scouting estate sales, replacing a few pieces of furniture, changing most of the curtains in our house and fixing our yard up for summer. A lot has been happening!

With a corner lot, we have a pretty good sized yard. Previously, our side yard was not fenced in. We changed that a couple summers ago. Read about that nightmare here.

Now, our side yard acts as a garden. With fruit trees and raised garden beds, we get a ton of produce. But, we still haven't made it beautiful. So, I've been busy brainstorming, (brainstorming = hanging out on Pinterest late at night), and I have a few ideas that I think we can work off of.

First of all, why can't my garden beds look like this? This is my dream!

The path leading to the garden is in pretty bad shape. We're hoping to spruce it up to look

more like this.

Or like this.

We definitely want a cute seating area in the garden. Something covered like this would be awesome.
