Feeling Blue?

I've always found myself drawn to blue rooms and blue artwork. The colors in our home are inspired by nature, so most rooms feature some shades of blue.

Take a look at this eye candy that I found over at House Beautiful and fall in love with blue, like I have.

This Bathroom Flipped Our Lid!

Sorry, I couldn't resist the cheesy headline.

Nobody wants to be in a bathroom that feels like it's been around for decades.  In fact, most people don't want to buy a bathroom if it feels like it's been used AT ALL.  That's why, we changed this . . .

. . . to this!

If you're thinking about selling your home, always remember that bathrooms and kitchens sell houses. Be sure to make yours "Top Notch" before putting your home on the market.

Flip This!

Welcome to the world's ugliest kitchen!

As real estate agents, part of our business it to help investor's with property flips. We're always excited to do this because we get to put our decorating and design ideas to good use.

This kitchen was dingy and dated wen we got our hands on it.

Now, it's bright and welcoming!

Oh, hello. Come on in.

Just thought we'd share.

More Photos From an Autumn Inspired Wedding

More photos from an Autumn inspired wedding. It's so important to have photos of all the details . . .

Like the bouquet that I carried, as Maid of Honor.

And the earrings that the Bride wore.

And the gorgeous dress, before the bride put it on. (The dress instantly became more gorgeous once the bride was wearing it!)

And the shoes that the bride wore when she walked down the aisle.

And the boutonniere worn by the Best Man.

And a lesson to all Brides:

Instead of crying over the rain,
put on a cute pair of rain boots and dance the night away!

A fun day, and fun night and so many fun memories!

An Autumn Inspired Wedding

I am so happy to share photos of this gorgeous wedding with you. This Autumn inspired wedding took place in October and was a very special day. Though the weather did not cooperate (the wedding was swiftly moved into a tent, last minute), the day was beautiful.

The Bride & Groom hand made most of the decorative touches in this wedding, including the centerpieces crafted from manzanita branches.

Dried flowers and leaves were scattered across the tables.

A Wish Tree greeted guests as they entered the tent.

Guests left sweet messages for the happy couple.

These notes will be so fun to look through years from now!

Instead of a candy buffet, the couple had an Autumn inspired spread of chocolates, dried fruits, nuts and other delicious munchies.

Though hard to see, the manzanita branches were anchored by frames, featuring photos of the happy couple.

Even the rain couldn't put a damper on this wedding!

I'll share more photos tomorrow.
